Uninstalling the DEVICE STATUS AGENT

Uninstallation procedure

At the expiration or after canceling an Epson Smart Charge Contract, be sure to uninstall the DS Agent at the installation location.
Uninstall by deleting the program according to each OS procedure.

For Windows 7:

[Start] [Control panel] [Uninstalling program]

For Windows 10:

[Start menu] [All applications] [Windows system tool] [Control panel] [Uninstall program]

  • When running from [Apps and Features], uninstallation may not be possible.
  • [Start menu][Settings][System][Applications and functions]
