Wireless LAN Setting

  1. Method to switch the access point settings.
    1. Display the panel home screen.
    2. Tap the [Network icon].
    3. Tap [Router].
    4. Tap on [Change Setup].
    5. Tap [Wireless LAN connection settings].
    6. Tap [Yes].
  2. SSID settings.
    1. Tap [Search for access points].
    2. Select the SSID from the search results.
    3. Tap [Enter values] for the password input.
    4. Enter the password and tap [OK].
    5. Tap on [Start Setup].
    6. Print the Network Connection Report and confirm that the check result is "OK".
      If it is "FAIL", take action according to the error code (A) and details (B).

Static IP Address Setting
Static IP address Setting Procedure

  1. Method to switch the network address settings.
    1. If the TCP/IP is set to [Auto], tap the this menu.
    2. Tap [Auto] of the Obtain IP Address.
    3. Check that the method to Obtain IP Address is set to [Manual].
  2. Set the IP Address.
    1. Tap [IP Address].

    2. After starting the software keyboard, enter the IP address.

      When entering the IP address, make sure to enter 0 to match the number of digits. When returning from the software keyboard screen, the 0 entered to match the number of digits is (are) omitted on the display.

      • When the IP address is “192.0.2.111”
        192.000.002.111
      • When the IP address is “192.0.12.10”
        192.000.012.010
    3. When the entry is completed, tap [OK].
    4. Check that the entered IP Address is displayed on the screen.
  3. Subnet Mask Setting
    1. Tap [Subnet Mask].
    2. After starting the software keyboard, enter the sub-net mask.
    3. When the entry is completed, tap [OK].

    4. Check that the entered sub-net mask is displayed on the screen.

      Check Point / チェックポイント

      When entering the sub-net mask address, enter 0 to match the number of digit. When returning from the software keyboard screen, the 0 entered for digit alignment is omitted and displayed.

      • For subnet mask 255.2555.0.0
        255.255.000.000
  4. Set Default Gateway.
    1. Tap [Default Gateway].

    2. After starting the software keyboard, enter the default gateway address.

      When entering the Default Gateway, make sure to enter 0 to match the number of digits. When returning from the software keyboard screen, the 0 entered to match the number of digits is (are) omitted on the display.

      • When the IP address is “192.0.2.111”
        192.000.002.111
      • When the IP address is “192.0.12.10”
        192.000.012.010
    3. When the entry is completed, tap [OK].
    4. Check that the entered Default Gateway is displayed on the screen.
  5. Save the settings.
    1. Tap on [Start Setup].
    2. Wait for the settings to take effect.
    3. Confirm that the setting completion screen is displayed.

DNS Server Setting Procedure

  1. Method to switch the DNS server settings.
    1. If the DNS server setting is [Auto], tap [Auto].

    2. Check that the DNS server setting is set to [Manual].

      When entering the IP address of the primary DNS, make sure to enter 0 to match the number of digits. When returning from the software keyboard screen, the 0 entered to match the digits are omitted on the display.

      • When the IP address is “192.0.2.111”
        192.000.002.111
      • When the IP address is “192.0.12.10”
        192.000.012.010
  2. Primary DNS settings
    1. Tap [IP address] of the primary DNS.

    2. When the software keyboard starts up, enter the primary DNS IP address based on the hearing sheet.

      When entering the IP address of the primary DNS, make sure to enter 0 to match the number of digits. When returning from the software keyboard screen, the 0 entered to match the digits are omitted on the display.

      • When the IP address is “192.0.2.111”
        192.000.002.111
      • When the IP address is “192.0.12.10”
        192.000.012.010
    3. When the entry is completed, select [OK].


  3. Save the settings.
    1. Select [Start Setup].
    2. Wait for the settings to take effect.
    3. Confirm that the setting completion screen is displayed.

Dynamic IP Address Setting

  1. Method to switch the Network Address settings.
    1. Set [TCP/IP] to [Auto].
    2. If it is set to [Manual], switch to [Auto].
  2. Save the settings.
    1. Tap on [Start Setup].
    2. Wait for the settings to take effect.
    3. Confirm that the setting completion screen is displayed.

Proxy Server Setting

  1. Method to switch the Proxy Server settings.
    1. Tap [Do Not Use a Proxy].
    2. Confirm that the proxy server setting screen is displayed.
  2. Proxy server usage settings.
    1. Tap [Do Not Use] in the proxy server settings.
    2. Confirm that the proxy server use setting is set to [Use].
  3. Proxy Server Settings.
    1. Tap [Enter Values] for Proxy Server.
    2. Confirm the input screen appears, and enter the URL or IP address based on the customer hearing sheet.
    3. Press [OK].
    4. Confirm the proxy server setting has been changed.
  4. Set the proxy server port number.
    1. Tap the [Port Number].
    2. When the input screen shows up, enter the port number based on the customer hearing sheet.
    3. Tap [OK].
    4. Confirm the port number setting has been changed.


  5. Save settings
    1. Select [Start Setup].
    2. Wait for the settings to take effect.
    3. Confirm that the setting completion screen is displayed.
