The starter kit is affixed in a separate package.

  • Keep the "Warranty card issuance request form" and "Model number label for warranty" in a safe place until the installation is completed, and hand to the customer after installation.
  • Asset Label is only used for All in One plan contract.
Unpacking Procedure

Caution / 注意

Be sure to check the following precautions before unpacking.

  • All workers must read the unpacking procedure together before starting the work.
  • Wear easy-to-move clothing, gloves and safety shoes and work with care for injuries etc.
  • Work with sufficient working space.
  • Work in a posture that does not easily apply a load on your body, and stop work immediately if you feel that the load is too large during the work.
Unpacking Procedure
  1. Hold the end of the PP band on the looped side and lift it up to remove the two PP bands.

  2. Remove the tape and open the top side.

  3. Remove the 4 cushioning materials on the top.
  4. Remove 4 corner angles.
  5. Remove 2 joints.
  6. Remove the packing box upwards.
  7. Remove the plastic bag.
  8. Remove the cushioning material.
  9. Peel off the tape and remove the accessory box.
  10. Peel off the 4 blue tapes that hold the vinyl sheet under the body to the Main Unit.

  11. Lift the main unit and remove it from the packing box.

    Hold on the positions shown in the figure when lifting the main unit.

  12. Remove the exterior, internal protective tape, and protective materials.

    Caution / 注意
    • This product has three transportation parts required for transportation. When unpacking, be careful not to accidentally throw it away (see below for details).
    • Depending on the time of production, a black tape is attached to the tip of the protective tape (blue) attached to the transport part to distinguish it from other prot part (the figure below shows an example of two transport part).

      Note / 補足
      • The transport protection member for the right door (A) can be removed by opening the right door or by pulling the tape toward you.


      • Do not discard as it will be used for re-transportation. It is recommended to store in the manual tray or in the recess (A) of the cassette.
  13. Open the C1 cassette.
  14. Remove the protect tape and remove the maintenance box.


    Note / 補足
    • Depending on the time of production, the maintenance box may be stored in paper ejection parts.
  15. Open the front cover.
  16. Remove the protect tape and remove the transport fixing parts for head.
  17. Store the transport fixing parts for head (A) according to the shape of the hole in the cover.


    Caution / 注意

    Do not discard as it will be used for re-transportation.

  18. Open the right door unit (A).
  19. Pull the lever to open the belt unit (A) slightly.



    Caution / 注意
    • Do not touch the belt surface of the belt unit.
    • Do not remove the protective film shown in the figure below until the tape is removed in the following procedure.
  20. Remove the protective tape and remove the transport fixing parts for cap.



    Check Point / チェックポイント

    If the transport fixing parts cannot be removed by pulling the tape, press the lever (A) on the it to remove it.

  21. Open the cover (A) and store the transport fixing parts (B) in the position shown.


    Caution / 注意

    Do not discard as it will be used for re-transportation.

  22. Remove the tape.
  23. Peel off the 2 tapes and remove the protective sheet (A).
  24. Close the Belt Unit.
  25. Close the Right Door Unit.
  26. Remove the handle cover (A) from the cushioning material.
  27. Remove the handle cover from the vinyl.
  28. Attach the handle cover (A) on the main unit and fix it with the hook.
  29. Open the front cover.
  30. Set the maintenance box (A) removed from the C1 cassette to the main unit.
  31. Close the front cover.
