Caution / 注意

Be sure to check the following precautions before unpacking.

  • All workers must read the unpacking procedure together before starting the work.
  • Wear easy-to-move clothing, gloves and safety shoes and work with care for injuries etc.
  • Work with sufficient working space.
  • Work in a posture that does not easily apply a load on your body, and stop work immediately if you feel that the load is too large during the work.
Unpacking Procedure
  1. Unpack the box and take out the upper cushioning material (upper front pad/upper rear pad).
  2. Remove all 6 joints and pull the outer case (A) upward.
  3. Remove all cushioning cardboard (A) and the bundled items box (B) around the floor finisher.
  4. Cut the clear tape holding the four corners of bottom of the box with a cutter.
  5. Lower the wrapping vinyl (B) covering the entire floor finisher (A) to the bottom of the floor finisher (A).
  6. Tilt the floor finisher (A) to the back side, pull out the cushioning material (C) at the bottom of the front side, and push the wrapping plastic under the center of the floor finisher (A).
  7. Tilt the floor finisher (A) to the front, and pull out the cushioning material (B) and plastic packaging (C) from under the bottom to the back.
  8. Hold the floor finisher (A) at four locations, and lower the floor finisher from the pallet to the floor.
  9. Remove all exterior protective material (A) and tape (red).
  10. Open the front cover (A) and remove all the protective material (B) and tapes inside.  (Inside the staple unit, behind the front cover.)
  11. Remove the tape, and remove the protection material (A).

    Note / 補足
    • The protection material (A) must be reattached when transporting the product in an unpacked state.

  12. Remove the tape, lift the paper eject section (A), and remove the protection material (B).
