# 501 Export Debug Log

Save log data for analysis to a USB memory.

The saved log data is analyzed by Seiko Epson and used to elucidate abnormal operations and defects of products. This menu is for collecting analysis log data, and is not used in normal repair situations. Use only when an execution instruction is given, such as when an unknown trouble occurs. (To use this menu, give instructions individually from the person in charge of the EPSON Local Service Representatives, etc.)

1. Start the installation mode.
   
2. Select [05 Export Debug Log].
   
3. Select [501 Export Debug Log].
   
4. When the following screen is displayed, connect the USB memory device to the USB port, and press the [Execution].

   
   
   

   Note / 補足

   The analysis log acquisition time varies depending on the amount of data stored in the internal memory and the specifications (communication speed) of the USB memory itself (about 3 to 30 minutes). An error occurs when the [OK] button is pressed when the USB memory is disconnected.

5. Press [OK] to complete the menu.
