Unpacking Procedure

Caution / 注意

Be sure to check the following precautions before unpacking.

  • All workers must read the unpacking procedure together before starting the work.
  • Wear easy-to-move clothing, gloves and safety shoes and work with care for injuries etc.
  • Work with sufficient working space.
  • Work in a posture that does not easily apply a load on your body, and stop work immediately if you feel that the load is too large during the work.
Unpacking Procedure
  1. Remove the tape and open the top cover.
  2. Remove the instruction label (A).
  3. Remove the two packing materials (A).
  4. Remove the saddle tray unit (A) and saddle transport unit (B).
  5. Take out the 3 packing material pieces.
  6. Remove the two packing materials (A).
  7. Remove the two hooks (A) from the packing material and put the handle up.
  8. With two people holding the handle, remove the saddle stitching unit (A) from the packing box.
  9. Remove the box (A) containing the small package.
  10. Remove the two hooks (A) from the packing material.
  11. Unfold the packing material and remove the two packing materials (A).
  12. Unfold the plastic bag (A).
  13. Lift the saddle unit and lower it to the floor.


    Check Point / チェックポイント

    Hold on the positions shown in the figure when lifting the saddle unit.

  14. Peel off the tape and remove the 2 pieces of protective paper (A).
  15. Peel off the tape and remove the protective sheet (A).
  16. Peel off the tape and remove the two gear protection sheets (A).


    Caution / 注意

    The two tapes (A) securing the cable holder are removed during the installation, so do not remove them during the unpacking.

  17. Peel off and remove the remaining tape from the saddle unit (A).
  18. Remove the saddle stitching tray unit (A) and the saddle transport unit (B) from the plastic bag.
  19. Remove the tape and remove the protective sheet (B) from the saddle  tray unit (A).
  20. Remove the tape and open the upper lid of the small box (A) included in the package.
  21. Remove the small bag containing the screws (A), the front and rear tray holders (B) packed in cushioning material bubble , and the front and rear side covers (C).
  22. Remove the packing material (A).
  23. Remove the rail (A) and reinforcing plate (B).
