Notes on the operations

Caution / 注意

When installing or moving the printer and the options, pay attention to the following points.

  • Since the Printer, Bridge Unit, and Finisher Unit are heavy, be careful not to let them fall over or touch a wall etc. when carrying them.
  • Make sure to move the printer and components (Bridge Unit and Finisher) while holding them at the positions where hands should be placed. However, do not move them by pulling them from there because the covers or the like may come off.
  • To avoid deformation or damage of housings, frames and movable parts, do not move the printer and components while holding them at a position where hands should not be placed.

  • When carrying the unit, it is recommended to remove the tray.
  • Hold the unit from the side where the tray is installed, as the base may slide and lose its balance, causing it to fall.
